About the Lodge
Tucked away in the serene hills of Western Massachusetts, the lodge is an elevated lakeside retreat where nature, comfort, and quiet sophistication come together in every season. Ideally located just minutes from Exit 10 (Lee) off I-90/Mass Pike and set along the scenic Jacob’s Ladder Road (Route 20), guests enjoy effortless access to the Berkshires’ most sought-after cultural, outdoor, and recreational destinations.
Set across 2.7 private acres with over 500 feet of shoreline—and just steps from the Appalachian Trail—the property invites you to slow down, reconnect, and fully immerse yourself in nature.
Overlooking the waters of Greenwater Pond, an 88-acre hidden gem, the lodge features an intimate collection of eight thoughtfully appointed guest rooms. Each space is designed to frame tranquil lake views and the surrounding landscape, creating a peaceful and restorative stay.
Guests can enjoy complimentary access to kayaks, a canoe, and a paddle boat—perfect for exploring the water, reaching the mid-pond swim area, or enjoying a quiet morning of fishing. Onshore, guests are welcome to use the grill, unwind by the fire pit, and spend evenings under the stars making s’mores and memories.
